Aaron Lennon has undergone surgery on his left knee after injuring it on England duty. Lennon was hurt during Friday's England 'B' international against Albania, suffering a small cartilage tear.
He was withdrawn from Steve McClaren's squad for the friendly against Brazil on Friday and the European Championship qualifier against Estonia next Wednesday.
There has been no word from the official Spurs site about the length of time he will be on the sidelines, but a small cartilage tear should not hamper his pre-season.
