Kader Keita to Spurs?

Rumours in France are linking Spurs with Lille's Ivory Coast midfielder Abdul Kader Keita.

According to reports €22m (£15m) would be enough to trigger a release clause in his contract.

Kader Keita, who scored 9 in 28 from midfield in Ligue 1 last season, would provide ideal cover and competition for Jenas. It would be interesting to see if he could adapt to Premiership life. He likes to collect cards, with 5 yellows in his 28 appearances, so coming to the more aggressive Premier league could see Jenas retain his place with ease.

French champions Lyon seem in pole position to secure his services, although it remains to be seen if Lille would be willing to sell him on in the same league.
